Introducing our Tooling Department.

1. We start at one of if not the most Important part of die making, and that is the DESIGN. To design a tool that will be able to produce good quality aluminium, requires a lot skill and experience. For our part we follow computer technology, which enables us to produce the drawings fast and efficiently

2. Transferring any part of the design drawing to the CAM software, which is located in the tool room, is a minor operation done via our computer networking system. The CAM in turn outputs the data into MACHINE CODE

3. C.N.C layout allows us to transfer the required data onto the work piece, fast and accurately.

4. E.D.M wirecut for precision cutting on main parts of the tool.
